Welcome to SwitchHub!
A centralised utility service switching & porting clearing house. The heartbeat of a frictionless market, our clearing house transforms the complex maze of utility switching into a single, seamless digital handshake. An interoperable ecosystem of software tools is designed to revolutionise the utility switching landscape by facilitating seamless service switching and its resource portability across ICT, electricity, gas, water and other sectors.
As a centralised clearing house, it simplifies transitions between service providers on retail and wholesale levels, reduces administrative friction, and ensures transparency for both regulators and service providers. While each tool can be deployed independently, the suite’s true power is realised through its integrated architecture, creating a liquid and fair market for all stakeholders.

Key Features

Multi-Sector Integration: Supports switching and porting across various industries, including broadband, mobile, and other utilities.

Automated Workflow: Streamlines the end-to-end porting process, significantly reducing manual intervention and human error.

Real-Time Transparency: Provides all stakeholders, regulators, donors, and recipients, with live status tracking and updates.
Unified Data Management: Centralises resource porting data to ensure consistency and prevent information silos between providers.

Standardised, easy and fast integration: Using worldwide adopted TMforum/eTOM based standardised RestFULL APIs integration with SP internal IT systems is easy and quick, in most cases without the need for a new GateWay adoption.
So far in more than 100 countries users can change their telecommunications operator for voice services, whether mobile or fixed, while retaining their voice service identifying resource, called a subscriber number. This is known as Number Portability, where the user ports their number from one operator to another.

Number Portability allows users to switch telephony services while keeping their existing number(s), which serve as their identifier throughout the process. But Switching goes far beyond this. It applies to any utility service and involves changing a serving SP for any service, not only voice service.
In some cases, service switching may include a nationally allocated resource. When switching involves such resources, the process is called Porting, a term established in the telecommunications industry.

However, Switching is much more than just Porting.

In telecommunication industry (ICT), Number Portability was historically associated with LLU-”Local Loop Unbundling” or changing FTTH-”Fiber To The Home” access providers. In these scenarios, operators often combined both processes, with the access provider change serving as the master process and Number Portability as a subprocess. This establishes Switching as the master process, one that includes all subprocesses, including any Resource (number) portability.
The Switching processes should support various process scenarios such as:

• Simple 1 tier process including only Recipient and Donor RSP (Retail SP) and one WSP (Wholesale SP), where upstream communication with WSP is subject of internal bilateral RSP to WSP relationships, meaning RSP to WSP communication, whether in the role of Recipient or Donor.

• Complex 1 tier process including Recipient RSP and multiple Donor RSPs, where upstream communication with WSP(s) is once again subject of internal bilateral RSP to WSP relationships.

• Simple 2 tier intra WSP Switching where Recipient RSP addresses a single Donor RSP, with a single WSP switching between the two RSPs. Communication between RSPs (Recipient and Donor) and WSP (acting as Recipient and Donor) is done via SWCH in 2 tier manner.

• Simple 2 tier inter WSP Switching meaning also Switching between two WSPs (one acting as Recipient and another one as Donor WSP) where all communication is performed via SWCH in 2 tier manner.

• Complex 2 tier (Multi-Donor) process including multiple Donor RSPs and multiple WSPs, as well as Third party systems interrogations.

Our Switch Hub Products

eSIM Swap Management
Instant 2-way Number Portability
The master key to digital freedom, making the move to a better service as simple, fast, and satisfying as a single click; with total portability and total privacy that ensures your service moves exactly where you want it while your personal data stays yours.
Blocked number registry
The ultimate shield against anti-competitive porting delays, our registry automates eligibility checks and bypasses donor gatekeeping to create a truly liquid and fair telecommunications market. It is designed to revolutionise the number porting landscape by shifting control from individual service providers to independent regulatory bodies.
Flash call IVR
A zero-cost gateway to customer freedom, ensuring every citizen can navigate their switching journey without barriers or bills. A toll-free, spam-protected system where users authenticate via flash calls, service providers route calls to a central SIP endpoint, and CDRs are sent to the clearing house for automated switching decisions; all at zero cost to the caller.
